More Radio and TV! Thanks
for tuning in to Woman's Hour and the Courtney Pine Show. If you go to
www.bbc.co.uk and search my name you can listen to bits again AND you
can also see a lovely piece on TELLY which was broadcast by BBC South
Today last summer. Lovely people and I think they got my good side!
Thanks so much to anyone who's let me know about Radio airplays! It
really does help when I'm checking my PRS return... I also like to
thank the DJs and producers who play me and don't always know if
they've played a track so your help is much appreciated! I'm also
very grateful to wonderful regional BBC DJs especially Sue Marchant and
Jeremy Sallis at BBC Radio Cambridgeshire who've been wonderful
supporters and who can be heard locally every week day on 95-96FM and
the lovely Paul Barnes who presents a fantastic jazz programme for the
BBC over all the Eastern Counties. Thank you to them!
The Eden Shopping Experience!… If
you enjoy my music page and get tempted to part with your cash then

Jazz album ‘Moving Shadows’ now released! The
new jazz trio album Moving Shadows is a collection of lovely old
standards like Nature Boy and The Midnight Sun and pop (mainly 60s
pop), like Alfie, Let’s Stay Together and A Taste of Honey done in a
jazzy way. It features Charlie on drums and percussion; check out his
North African extravaganza on A Night in Tunisia – I love it! Moving
Shadows is now on release on the 33 Jazz label and you can buy it from
all good retailers and here on my site now! The London launch was at
the world famous Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho last February 25th -
it was a fabulous evening and we hope to be back there soon - watch
this space! |
